Faster Forward Coaching

The Faster Forward Business Success Coaching program is community based, the coaching resources come from volunteers within Northumberland County and make up a vital foundation for the program. The involvement of local experienced business owners creates e program sustainable and ensures a diverse mix of talent and experience to help ensure that the program meets the needs of participants.

Program objectives

1. To increase the retention/survival rate of participating businesses
2. To retain existing jobs and create new job
3. To strengthen working relationships with community partners in order to expand and improve services to small business

Coaches are available in a variety of disciplines to information support on: retail, manufacturing, sales and marketing, internet marketing, accounting, finance, human resources, and organizational management.

Criteria

• Typically in business for 1 year +
• Minimum $75,000 in sales
• Proven business concept operating full time
• Owner is self-motivated
• Northumberland County based

Some exceptions may apply at discretion of Program Coordinator.

Program Cost: $199 plus HST, one-time fee.
