The Factory Co-Working Space

Due to COVID-19, public access to the building (600 William Street) including The Factory, has been restricted and closed until further notice.

The Factory co-working space is a “mixed use” co-working location at the Business & Entrepreneurship Centre Northumberland for entrepreneurs.  The space offers a shared working environment, with several flexible work areas for entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals. The Factory targets work-at-home entrepreneurs, independent contractors and people that may work in relative isolation. 

The Factory is an initiative of the County of Northumberland, Economic Development Department managed and coordinated by the Business & Entrepreneurship Centre and supported by several community partners.

$99.00 + tax

Day use drop-in fee

$15.00 per day, per person.
