The Next Step Program is a transitional housing pilot program run by Transition House. This housing program accepts a limited number of people experiencing homelessness and is linked to the By-Name List as a housing resource. The program is designed to support individuals with a moderate acuity level who can live independently and who would benefit from more intensive housing supports. It is a short-term housing option and operates on an application basis.
