Community Care Northumberland
Community Care Northumberland offers support programs to seniors and adults with disabilities, allowing them to remain independent within their own homes and communities.

Programs range from meals on wheels, support for caregivers, wellness programs, hospice support, transportation and more.

EarlyON Child and Family Centres
EarlyON Child and Family Centres are where children, parents and caregivers can laugh, be curious, play, learn, make friends and feel a sense of belonging. EarlyON Child and Family Centres have various locations throughout Northumberland County.

Five Counties Children's Centre
Five Counties Children’s Centre helps children with physical, communication and developmental problems. They work with children and adolescents, along with their families and the community to strengthen their abilities and promote their participation as active members of the community.

Green Wood Coalition
Green Wood Coalition is a street-level, charitable organization that uses a community model of caring to walk alongside people living with poverty, mental illness, substance dependency and other disabilities. By offering a place of belonging, Green Wood is a radically inclusive community that honours the worth and the well-being of each person.

Habitat for Humanity Northumberland - Home repairs and accessibility modifications
Habitat for Humanity Northumberland offers programs for homeowners who need help with home repairs or accessibility modifications. If you are a low-to-moderate-income homeowner living in Northumberland County you may qualify for one of these programs.

New Canadians Centre - Northumberland Office

The New Canadians Centre (NCC) is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting immigrants, refugees and other newcomers in the Peterborough and Northumberland regions.

Pet food bank - Northumberland Humane Society
The Northumberland Humane Society recognizes that due to unforeseen events some families may require a helping hand when it comes to feeding their pets. They will provide a two-week supply of pet food to help families get through this difficult period and ensure their pets do not suffer. Rebound Child & Youth Services
Rebound offers supportive and proactive programming to empower children, youth, and their families to work towards positive change.  Programs include mental health support, literacy & learning help, youth justice diversion, parenting support, group programs, trusteeship and youth walk-in counselling clinic.

The Legal Centre
The Legal Centre is a law clinic that provides free and confidential legal advice and help to the residents of Northumberland County. They specialize in tenant’s rights, ODSP, OW, WSIB, Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance, Employment Standards, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Criminal Injuries Compensation.

The Salvation Army, Cobourg/Port Hope
The Salvation Army has multiple programs ranging from their food cupboards, to back packs for kids, baby formula, recovery programming, emergency assistance and support at Christmas time.
