Northumberland County has received a subdivision application to allow 113 new residential lots consisting of detached, semi-detached and townhouses as well as to keep an existing detached dwelling on the property 89 King Street East in the Village of Colborne, Cramahe Township. The extension of Elgin Street North between Church Street East and Park Street East along with municipal roads internal to the subdivision are also proposed through this development.
