    As of January 1, recycling programs are now owned and operated, province-wide by Circular Materials Ontario. Recycling collection in Northumberland continues to be managed by Miller Waste and will maintain the same weekly schedule. For recycling questions, collection concerns and box replacements, please contact Miller Waste. For a list of recyclable materials under the new program, please visit the Circular Materials website.
