If you are a low to moderate income homeowner in Northumberland County, you might be able to get help with repairs and upgrades to your home through Renovate Northumberland or ReNew It.
These programs can help you with needed home repairs up to $10,000 through a forgivable loan or interest-free loan. You can also apply for a grant of up to $5,000 for accessibility upgrades.

How to apply
