Collection Schedule
We collect garbage, organics, and recycling weekly in Northumberland County, with the exception of the rural ward of Port Hope.
Waste should be set out to the curbside by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day. Visit our garbage page for information about set-out requirements and buying bag tags.

Please note, monthly images have been removed in order to provide a smaller file size suitable for downloading. Hard copies are now available for pickup at your local municipal office or Community Recycling Centre.

Statutory holidays that will bump collection days to the following day, unless posted otherwise:

- Family Day
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day - bump two days ahead
- Boxing Day - bump two days ahead
